In 2017, Luis decided to start a small family business. With a press, a vast olive grove, and a lot of passion, he created Mazara; a brand dedicated to the production and marketing of Olive Oil. The brand image is simple and austere, much like the streets of his hometown, Carmona, a small village on the outskirts of Seville.
